Our mission statement: Prosper Youth Lacrosse is a volunteer based, non-profit recreation lacrosse club serving Prosper ISD students (and the surrounding communities without a program) for kindergarten through 8th grade. Our purpose is to grow the sport of lacrosse by giving any child the opportunity to play regardless of their skill level. We will provide opportunities that will increase the skill level of all our players ranging from beginners to the seasoned player by continuously improving and enhancing our coaching standards. Our goals are to advance the great game of lacrosse within the Prosper area have fun!
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Prosper Youth Sports.
NOTE: FOR REGISTRATION AND TO BE ABLE TO PLAY IN GAMES US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP NUMBERS NEED TO BE VALID THROUGH MAY 1, 2024
Welcome to the 2024 Prosper Boys Youth Spring Lacrosse season!
Practices will start on TUESDAY, JANUARY 23, 2024 for all age groups. Practice days and times can be found on the prosperlax.com website.
PLEASE REGISTER BY DECEMBER 15th BEFORE THE PRICE INCREASES.
Cost:
- Kindergarten/1st ($220) + Prosper Park & Rec Facility Fee
- 2nd ($250) + Prosper Park & Rec Facility Fee
- 3rd/4th ($250) + Prosper Park & Rec Facility Fee
- 5th/6th ($350) + Prosper Park & Rec Facility Fee
- 7th/8th ($350) + Prosper Park & Rec Facility Fee
Equipment required for the season includes a lacrosse helmet (WHITE OR BLACK ONLY and NO CLUBS HELMETS), lacrosse shoulder pads, gloves, elbow pads, lacrosse stick, mouthpiece, athletic cup and cleats. We've included a list of equipment recommendation on prosperlax.com to help with the selections.
The DFW Lacrosse organization we play under requires each player to have a US Lacrosse membership and there will be a place to include it in the registration process. Details and benefits received from the membership can be found here.
